Caleb and Joleena Abrams started private practice together in 2018 and Psalms of Healing in 2020. Psalms of Healing, LLC was converted to Freedom and Hope Biblical Counseling in 2023. They emphasize the importance of having a relationship with Jesus Christ in addition to utilizing therapeutic interventions in order to experience true healing.  Caleb and Joleena have first hand experience with addiction and betrayal trauma recovery and understand the importance of having a professional who understands what you are going through.  In addition to providing sex addiction related services, Caleb and Joleena are also Biblical Counselors, and use the most recent research backed interventions and modalities in their work such as EMDR (bilateral stimulation), Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), forms of Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Restoration Therapy (RT). They have a fine tuned roadmap and unique method of addressing sex addiction and betrayal trauma that they have found to be the most successful for the addict and the spouse. Caleb and Joleena encourage Biblical principles to be incorporated with clients who are believers and are also sensitive and understanding of clients who do not share the same beliefs. They seek to provide healing for all clients regardless of religious beliefs.
